This year, too, I was lucky enough to taste a “crab” dish prepared by Mr. Toshiro Ogata.

I was really looking forward to it…

This year, too, Ogata-san’s crab dishes were elegant and tasteful.

He carefully prepares the ingredients, which are very good even if the purchase price is high, to prepare the main crab dishes before and after the main course.

This year, the first thing to taste was the “jewel of the crab inside and the crunchy texture of the outside…”.

In the bowl, “Ginkgo nut grinds and chestnuts” is a shunsome delicacy.

Next came “Yaito Bonito” and “Akashi Spanish Mackerel”, plates that made the most of the flavors of the ingredients.

The main dish, crab, is served grilled, steamed, raw, or with ginger soy sauce.

The restaurant is filled with the fragrant smell of crab, and you are in a world of crab space…

The hospitality of the proprietress Mei and her apprentices was also very comfortable, and we thank them for another year of delicious food!
