Legendary and famous chefs who have been featured in the media and frequently appear in magazines will accompany you on the tour, giving you a glimpse into the real face of the chefs, which they usually do not show people, and you will hear their thoughts on cooking and ingredients. The chefs will also get into the kitchens of local hotels and ryokans(Japanese hotel) to cook and serve you a sumptuous meal using ingredients from the local area. Mr. Tomotsugu Nozaki of “Tokuteyama” and Mr. Tomotsugu Wakiya of “Wakiya Issho Bi Tea House”, who was awarded the Medal with Yellow Ribbon for Chinese cuisine, will accompany us. The tour is a fulfilling experience that is unparalleled in conventional tours, as you will be treated in a friendly manner while sightseeing and touring on the bus during the trip.
