The food at Acordoux is memorable only when you go out to Nara.

I love Nara’s nature…

The view of the city with the sky in every direction.

The natural air reminds me of nostalgia for the old days…

And the ancient life of people comes to mind when I stand in this town.

We were served modern Spanish cuisine by Chef Sora Kawashima, who wants to convey the blessings of Nara and the thoughts of its producers.

When you eat it, you feel refreshed and it goes into your body easily.

It was like eating with the aroma on top of the food, and each dish had a fresh flavor that brought the ingredients to life….

The menu card inside the blue box is a boundary of a blue door… Once you enter the blue box, you will enjoy Chef Kawashima’s unique view of the world.

You can’t experience this at Les Lains in Tokyo. I enjoyed the food very much.
