We were served Nikko Kanaya Hotel’s famous cuisine.
Traditional French cuisine has been handed down from successive chefs (master chefs) at the Kanaya Hotel.

The freshly baked bread at Kanaya Bakery is very tasty! The bread rolls have a slight buttery aroma that goes perfectly with the accompanying butter. We were given second helpings of bread many times…
This is a historical hotel where eminent personalities such as Nobel Prize winner Dr. Einstein, miracle worker Helen Keller, Lindbergh who successfully made a transatlantic flight, and literary giant Soseki Natsume have stayed.
Mr. Kosugi, the Heritage Concierge, with his famous commentary on the famous guide, gives a detailed tour of the history of the Kanaya Hotel in his famous tone.
He is this hotelier and a living example of the hotel.
It was a wonderful “Nikko Kanaya Hotel” that I would like to stay again, this time in a different season.
The round-trip luxury train “Spacia X” of Tobu Railway was also very comfortable…
The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Chuzenji in Oku-Nikko, where there is a hot spring, was also wonderful.
